Qualified to administer True Colors, Personality Dimensions and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), she has assisted individuals and teams to gain new insights about themselves and others, through these personal & team mastery instruments. Meriel also has considerable experience in communications and facilitation and has developed and executed successful user communication strategies in several major technology projects and help desk environments. She enjoys working with people, especially helping them reach their potential and increase their effectiveness.
